For the last 20 years, Beaumont Youth Soccer Club has provided a quality, healthy, and rewarding way of life for both players and parents all throughout Southeast Texas area. Many parents today were themselves member of the club as youths, and the club has become one of the staple institutions of the Golden Triangle.
Today, the BYSC is proud to announce its partnership with another proud staple of the area: Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas. Baptist Hospitals has served the Golden Triangle for over 60 years and has treated members of the BYSC throughout its history.
Now Baptist has stepped up its game by entering a three-year sponsorship agreement with BYSC. By the terms of the agreement, Baptist will provide BYSC with the funding each year as well as in kind contributions to improve field conditions and assist the maintenance of the BYSC campus. Capitalizing on their strong injury prevention experience, Baptist will also provide first aid medical assistance at agreed upon dates. Baptist is excited about this new partnership as soccer is a sport that promotes healthy living, something that is at the core of Baptist’s mission.
Baptist’s Director of Public Affairs and Marketing, Mary Poole, happily explained that:
Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas is proud to partner with Beaumont Youth Soccer Club. With a defined focus on building a healthier community, youth soccer is the perfect collaboration to meet the mission and vision of our healthcare organization. Partnering with BYSC achieves goals and promotes healthy living, exercise and fair play among the thousands of young members of our community. We look forward to years of working together to build a healthier Southeast Texas, one child at a time!
Beaumont Youth Soccer Club is looking forward to it, too. Thank you to Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas for improving the organization and helping the children of the community pursue the sport they love.
