The nurse that took care of my daughter in the children’s ER was VERY nice, compassionate, informative, and awesome

This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at any medical facility. The nurses were absolutely outstanding. They were positive, and happy, and helpful, and knowledgeable, and I cannot say enough good about this hospital, doctors, and the nurses. I especially would like to thank Hailey, and Nikki, and Summer, all who worked in the maternity area, or who helped with my C-section, but I have zero complaints about any nurse or doctor or professional that I came in contact during this stay and I want to thank you.

The ER staff working the night shift on Tuesday 2/19/19 was so awesome. The front checked us in quickly and immediately began working on my son. They worked on him for hours and were incredible the whole time. I've never felt so taken care of in an ER.

Thank you Dr. Ordonez and the support people. I am doing things that I could not do a few months ago. My life is better and I feel 100% better. Thank you very much.

I think that each and every one of the nurses there at night time and day time, especially the night time, when I needed help for something, they was always available and ready to help. There was nothing that I could do to make it any better because they made it all good, well as we went along. And my five day stay there was the best stay I’ve ever had in a hospital.

If I needed something, they were there…they made me feel very, very comfortable…they were very, very good to me

Yes, I was treated very well in this hospital, and I recommend it to anybody, friends, family, and if I have to go back to the hospital, I would go right back to Baptist Hospital, and thank you for your service.
